Terms of service

These terms are a working draft and will be replaced by reviewed terms before launch.

Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used it.

Your scans

You own the scans you create. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can show them to you and produce the exports you ask for.

Measurements

LiDAR scans are typically accurate to within a few centimetres. Confirm critical dimensions independently before relying on them for construction or purchasing.

Membership

Pro renews automatically each month or year until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
